Lawrence “Larry” Riddle, age 70, of Paducah passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Larry was born in Paducah on March 12, 1950 to the late Lawrence James Riddle, Sr. and Martha Smith Riddle. He worked as a criminal investigator for the Internal Revenue Services for 30 years. After he retired, he worked 5 years for the McCracken Co. Sheriff’s office. Larry enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Growing up, he earned Eagle Scout rank with Troop 1. He was also a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Bonnie Trussell Riddle of Paducah; two sons, Jimmy Riddle of Paducah and Jesse Riddle and wife, Beth of Paducah; three grandchildren, James Gage Riddle, Taylor Riddle and Avary Riddle.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Larry will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Todd Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until service time of 2:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
