Mr. Jeffery Lynn Colley, age 55, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He formerly attended Open Door Baptist Church. He was a dedicated CNA at Green Acres Healthcare for 20 years, he was loved by so many and will be missed by all.
Mr. Colley is survived by his spouse, Mark Holsclaw; two brothers, Ricky Colley and Jimmy (Cretia) Colley both of Mayfield, KY and one sister, Rita Colley of Fancy Farm, KY.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Elroy Colley; one sister, Vickey Colley; and his parents, Leroy and Emma Willis Colley.
A private family memorial visitation will be held for Mr. Jeffery Lynn Colley.
