Mr. Oscar Ray Phillips, age 74, of Mayfield passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Phillips was a retired employee of the Graves County School system and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by two sons, Tim Phillips of Mayfield and Gaylon Phillips of Graves County; daughter, Tabitha Renee Phillips of Mayfield; two step daughters, Kim Toon of Graves County and Kandy Harris of Mayfield; three sisters, Bonnie Bullard of Paducah, Nanette Oliver of Paducah and Darlene Dalton of Ledbetter, Ky.; and one brother, Jim Phillips of Hardin, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Carol Phillips; brother, Daniel Phillips; and his parents, J.C. and Nancy Needham Phillips.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at New Liberty Cemetery in Graves County. There will be no visitation. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
