Benton Mayor Rita Dotson joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Mayor Dotson said the city is proud of City Clerk Beth Cooper who was recently named the Kentucky Clerk of the Year. And she says the new water line project being installed on Main Street is progressing. But she does say that traffic will often be down to one lane while the new lines are installed.
