Morgan Ralph Bowen, 61, of Paducah, KY passed away at 5:40 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2020 at Mercy Health Lourdes. He was born on January 1, 1959 to the late Gene Bowen and Welda Morgan Bowen in Benton, IL. Morgan was a route salesman for Hostess Bakery for many years and was currently working for Bimbo Bakery. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Morgan served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Shoemaker Bowen; daughter, Kara Louise Ottis and fiance Mike of Richmond, KY; son, Seth Morgan Bowen of Columbus, OH; brother, Jeff Bowen and wife, Laura of Marion, IL; grandchildren, Lily Ottis, Ben Ottis and Alex who will arrive in October.
Morgan was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Bob Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2020 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
