The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:
Jonathan Wayne Rushing, 41, of 565 Paddlewheel Road, Gilbertsville was arrested on June 11, 2020 on a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear. He was also charged with no registration plates and no registration receipt.
Joshua Louis Cortez, 26, of 4301 Veach Road, Owensboro was arrested on June 12, 2020 on a Christian County Warrant for probation violation (for felony offense).
Jonathon Aaron Cardwell, 40, of 1380 Calvert City Road, Calvert City was arrested on June 14, 2020 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
Keith Dewayne Cassidy, 23, of 903 Jennings Road, Park Hills, MO was arrested on June 14, 2020 for assault 4th degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
Matthew Wayne Harris, 28, of 398 County Road, Arlington was arrested on June 14, 2020 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with reckless driving, failure to notify DOT of address change, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Cynthia E. Guy, 57, of 539 3rd Avenue, Midway, GA was charged on June 14, 2020 with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Victor P. Brown, 36, of 517 East 12th Street, Benton was arrested on June 14, 2020 for assault 4th degree (domestic violence) no visible injury. He was also charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and served a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear.
