Jase Lee Elliott, infant son, of Daniel and Katie Elliott of Farmington, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.
In addition to his parents, Jase is survived by his paternal grandparents, James Elliott of Oakland City, IN and Christopher and Kristina Fazi of Farmington, KY; his maternal grandfather, Randy Harris of Fancy Farm, KY; his maternal grandmother, Janice Harris of Sedalia, KY; and three brothers, Sam Elliott, Jackson Yates and Kyler Elliott all of Farmington, KY.
Graveside services for Jase Lee Elliott will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at North Mt. Zion Cemetery. Rev. Ben Stratton will officiate. Interment will follow.
No visitation is scheduled.
Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery.
