Mrs. Violet Louise Gold, age 93 died on Monday, April 20, 2020, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Hamlet Baptist Church.
Born Friday, June 11, 1926 in Marshall County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Joe Frank Frizzell and the late Luna (Howard) Frizzell.
Surviving are sons, Robert “Bob” Gold, wife Pat of Benton, KY and William “Bill” Gold, wife Shelia of Benton, KY, brother, Don Frizzell of Benton, KY, and grandchildren, Doug Gold, Jomarie Richardson, Dale Gold, Brittany Chambers, and Brian Gold.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Gold, son, Joe Dan Gold, and brother, Charles Frizzell.
In compliance with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the CDC’s health and public safety directives, the funeral services for Mrs. Violet Gold will be private with burial in the Maple Springs Cemetery.
