Richard Gray, 84

Richard D. Gray, 84 of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, April 15 at his home. He was a member and deacon of Eddy Creek Baptist church, previously serving as chairman of the deacons, was a Kentucky Colonel and a self-employed farmer.

He is survived by daughters, Debbie Morgan and husband David of Princeton, Virginia “Ginny” Myers and husband Jeff of Glasgow, Kathryn Prince and husband, D’Wayne of Princeton, and Rachel Bloodworth and husband, Bill of Princeton; son, Richard Egan Gray and wife, Tammy of Princeton; 2 honorary children, Donnie Lear and Ruben Gray; 9 grandchildren, Bryan Morgan and wife, Mindy, Daniel Ray and wife, Amy, Nicole Ray and Gene, Matt Prince and wife, Abby, John Mark Prince and wife, Kate, Zachary Bloodworth and wife, Heather, Jennifer Fuller and husband, Matt, Olivia Bloodworth, JoNathan Holeman and wife, Brittani; 14 great grandchildren, Robert Morgan, Isriel Ray, Arizona Ray, King Ford, Piper Prince, Miles Prince, John Barley Prince, Charleston Prince, Kylie Bloodworth, Korie Bloodworth, Madison Fuller, Ella Fuller, Grayson Fuller, Landon Holeman and Nolan Holeman.

He was preceded in death by his wife, John Ella Milstead Gray; parents, Lewis and Gertie Oliver Gray and brothers, Cash Gray, Lewis Boyd Gray and J. E. Gray.
