Mrs. Bernlen Ruth “Sally” Lovett, 73 of Benton, KY (Olive Community) passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.
Born Monday, January 6, 1947 in Paducah, KY, she was the daughter of the late Bernie Champion and the late Helen (Smith) Champion. She homemaker and a member of Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Woodrow S. “Steve” Lovett of Olive, KY; children, Kim Keith, husband Joe of Boaz, KY, Kevin Stokes, wife Judy of Heath, KY, Kyle Lovett, wife Ashley of Draffenville, KY, Kasie Lovett of Olive, KY; grandchildren, Katie Stamper, Ross Keith, Kory Ray, Hannah Keith, Makayla Minter, Courtney Martin, David Brandon, Kayla Fish, Keagan Fults, Kiley Lovett, Cash Lovett, Kasia Williams; great-grandchildren, Anne Miller Stamper, Tanner Keith, Cassidy Keith, Grayson Brandon and Jace Brandon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Thomas Champion, and infant grandchild and granddaughter, Angelique Kaye Morgan.
In compliance with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the CDC’s health and public safety directives, the funeral services for Mrs. Sally Lovett will be private. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
