Mrs. Ruby Fay Young, age 82, of Fulton, Kentucky, formerly of Murray, Kentucky, died Monday, April 6, 2020 at the Fulton Nursing & Rehab, Fulton, Kentucky.
Mrs. Young was born January 18, 1938 in Dyersburg, Tennessee to the late Joe Hooper and Mozelle Ruby Worlds Hooper.
She is survived by her daughter, Loretta Conley; sister, Donna Hooper; and a brother, Paul Hooper.
There will be no public services.
