David Wayne Jackson, 65, of Mayfield died on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Jackson was a retired machinist, carpenter, and mechanic. He was of the Christian Faith.
Surviving are his three children, Jason Jackson, Johnathon Jackson, and Rebecca Perkins all of Mayfield; his mother, Anita Sue Jackson of Mayfield; five siblings, Gerald Jackson, Dale Jackson, Ronald Jackson, Steven Jackson, and Debra Fulton; ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, J.R. Jackson.
He will be cremated, and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
