Mr. Garry Gordon, age 70 of Benton, KY died on Monday, March 16, 2020, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY. He was a retired self-employed logger.
Born Saturday, June 25, 1949 in Camden, TN, he was the son of the late Horace Gordon and the late Elise (Chandler) Gordon.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Audrey (Kallbreier) Gordon of Benton, KY, sons, Keith Gordon of Benton, KY and Kenneth Gordon of Louisville, KY, daughters, Melissa Stone, husband Michael of Benton, KY and Teresa Price of Benton, KY; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Garry Gordon, Jr., brothers, George “Buddy” Gordon and Billy Joe Gordon, sisters, Loretta Rogers and Betty Ann York and 1 grandchild.
A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Elder Robert Chandler officiating.
Interment will follow in Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
