Evalina Jane Howard, two month old daughter of Cullen Scott Howard and Monica Paige Tynes both of Union City, TN passed away Friday March 6, 2020 at the Lebonheur Childrens Hospital in Memphis, TN.
She is also survived by her brother, Parker Howard of Union City, TN; paternal grandparents, David and Carla Nielsen of Union City, TN; maternal grandparents, Lisa Tynes of Clinton, KY and Jason Lomax of Nashville, TN.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jeffrey Howard.
A memorial service is scheduled for 5:00PM Monday March 16, 2020 at the Calvary Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Joey Green will officiate. A memorial visitation will be held at the church from 3:00-5:00PM Monday March 16, 2020
