Starting with the 1988-1989 season to present, this year’s CFS Lady Eagles team has recorded the most wins in program history, currently at 13-12 following a win on Friday over Fort Campbell.  CFS did not field a girl’s team three separate years in the 1990’s and from 2007-2008 through 2010-2011, but in their ninth consecutive season since that three-year break, the Lady Eagles are looking to extend their record-breaking season under Head Coach Trevor Jackson.

With just two seniors and the rest of the team made up of mostly freshman, two eighth graders and one seventh grader, the future looks extremely bright. CFS split their last two games, losing to Clarksville Christian and picking up their 13th win over Fort Campbell. They have four games left in the regular season starting with two games in the Roundball Classic hosted by CFS on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Thursday in Clarksville, Tenn., the Lady Eagles fell 63-35 to Clarksville Christian (16-7). Gracie Howard led with 18 points on 4/10, was 9/12 in free throws and had nine rebounds.
