Riley Flood, 7

Riley Flood, age 7, of Princeton, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at Monroe Carell Jr., Childrens Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. He was in the second grade at Caldwell County Primary School and a team mate of the Red Sox baseball team and the Caldwell Gold All Star Team. Riley loved the Lord. He was independent, funny and caring and put others first. Riley loved helping others. He did just that by giving the greatest gift of life by being an organ donor.

He is survived by his mother Amber Flood of Princeton, Stepfather-to-be, Evan Gray of Princeton and one brother on the way, Karson Gray; Grandparents, Michelle Flood and Bill Flood of Princeton; Step Grandparents-to-be, James Gray of Hopkinsville and Lori Grob of Carbondale IL.; One aunt, Ashley Lamkin and husband Garrett of Princeton; one Uncle-to-be, Eric Gray of Louisville; Great Grandmother, Yvonne Yandell of Princeton and Great-great-grandmother, Juanita Hunsaker of Princeton.

Riley was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, John Yandell, Fred Flood and Shirley Flood and one great-uncle, Chris Flood.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Morgan’s Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 31, 2020 at Morgan’s Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with Bro. Jimmy Fuller officiating and Bro. John Hagan and Bro. Patrick Yates assisting. Burial to follow in Blue Springs Cemetery in Caldwell County.
