Dickie Nichols, age 69, of Fredonia, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Dickie was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his son, Scott Nichols and wife, Becky of Herndon; grandsons, Harrison Nichols and Triston Walker both of Herndon; sister, Sharon Nichols Kimbrell and husband, Tom of Caldwell County; four nephews, Matt Kimbrell of Burleson, TX, James Kimbrell of Marina, CA, Jimmy Nichols and wife, Nancy of Templeton,… CA, Jeff Nichols and wife, Valerie of Weatherford, TX; one niece, Nita Joy King of Princeton; several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Nichols; parents, Clarence and Lois Carter Nichols; paternal grandparents, C.R. and Emma Nichols; maternal grandparents, Elmer and Nettie Eskew Carter; two brothers, Jim Nichols and Billy Nichols; one sister, Janice Nichols.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Morgan’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Morgan’s Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Boone officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
