Tamara Sesler, 37

Tamara Lee Sesler, 37, of Paducah passed away at 1:51 am on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Tamara graduated from Heritage High School in Littleton, CO in 2004. She then attended Creative Enterprises adult day training program at Four Rivers Behavioral Health and Camp MARC in Dover, TN for many summers. She was a resident of the Riverwood Group Home in Paducah, a member of Heartland Church’s Connect Ministry, a long-time patient at Atlas Physical Therapy in Paducah. Tamara participated in Kentucky Special Olympics basketball and bowling along with Broadway United Methodist Church “P.O.P.S.” People of Overwhelming Possibilities fellowship.

She is survived by her father, Frank Sesler, III of St. Louis, MO; one sister, Gwen Sesler of Ledbetter, KY; one uncle, Jerry Brown of Boaz, KY; two aunts, Connie (Brown) Rodgers of Boaz, KY and Stacy (Sesler) Holmes of Colorado Springs, CO.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Reva (Brown) Sesler; grandparents, Claude and Gwendolyn (Montgomery) Brown, Pat and Jean (Bacon) Finnell, Frank Sesler, JR.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Pastor Bryan Phelps officiating. Burial will follow at Hardmoney Cemetery in Boaz, KY.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the funeral home.
