Georgetta L. Roberts, 92, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Mercy Health.

Mrs. Roberts was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Mrs. Roberts was the first female Postal Clerk in Paducah where she retired after 25 years (1968 – 1992). She was a member of the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) and the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE).

Mrs. Roberts is survived by her daughter, Deanna Roberts of Paducah; three sons, Larry Roberts and wife, Rhonda of Reidland, David Roberts and wife, Kathy of Calvert City and Bill Roberts and wife, Donna of Lone Oak; four grandchildren, Matthew Roberts, Natalie Moore, Clint Roberts and Heather Roberts; three great-grandchildren, Emma, Landon and Caroline.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clint Roberts, Jr.; a son, Tommy Roberts; two sisters, Wilma Ziegler and Mary Altmann; a brother, Chester Altmann. Her parents were William and Lorina Luebbehusen Altmann.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Rev. Bruce McCarty officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Prayers will be said at 4:45 p.m.
