Matthew W. Oakley, age 55, of Murray, Kentucky, formerly of Gilbertsville, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019 at his residence.
He was born on August 3, 1964 in Murray to the late Gary Douglas Oakley and Wanda Sue Lane. Matthew worked as a CPA and registered nurse. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Charla Sanders Oakley, of Murray; his mother, Wanda Sue Lane; two step-daughters, Toriana Gibbons of Murray and Kylie Gibbons of Nortonsville, Kentucky; one brother, Roager Oakley, wife Candy of Benton; and two nieces, Kaitlin and Kimber Oakley.
He was preceded in death by his father.
