Mr. Michael Douglas, Age 62 of Mayfield, KY passed away Thursday November 14, 2019 at the Baptist Health of Paducah, KY.
He was a retired mechanic from Castleman’s Tire in Mayfield.
Mr. Douglas is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lisa Douglas; two sons, Dylan (Brittiany) Douglas and Randy (Kim) Douglas both of Mayfield, KY; one daughter, Mandy (Brian) Tibbs of South Fulton, TN; two brothers, Dale (Tammy) Douglas and Kenneth Douglas both of Mayfield, KY; two sisters, Kathy (Hurley) Holland of Clear Springs, KY and Sharon (Robert) Hawkins of Humble, TX; four grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carl Joseph and Anna June Renard Douglas.
A memorial service is scheduled for 7:00PM Tuesday November 19, 2019 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. G.E. Hussey will officiate. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:30 until 7:00PM Tuesday November 19, 2019 at the funeral home.
