Mr. Jimmie Don Doughty, 77 of Benton, KY died on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at his home. He was a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a Medic, and was retired from Montgomery Ward Company.
Born Tuesday, June 23, 1942 in Marshall County, KY, he was the son of the late Willard Doughty and the late Catherine (Dodge) Doughty.
Surviving are daughter, Debora Barney of Mayfield, KY, brothers, Willard Doughty, Jr. of Calvert City, KY, Ronnie Doughty of Mayfield, KY, Johnny Doughty of Benton, KY and Charlie Doughty of Possum Trot, KY, sister, Shirley Kilby of Calvert City, KY, grandchildren, Keitha Barney of Benton, KY, Emily Barney of Benton, KY, Michael Zeitz of Mayfield, KY, and great-grandchild, ZaeLynn Mullins of Benton, KY.
Services will be held at a later date.
