Ms. Carolyn Johnson Hinton, 57 of Benton, KY passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center, Salem, KY.
Born Saturday, March 17, 1962 in Mayfield, KY, she was the daughter of the late Henry Sig Johnson. She was a retired bookkeeper. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton.
Surviving are her son, Brad Hinton of Benton, KY; her mother, Joanne (Sullivan) Johnson of Benton, KY; brothers, Norman D. Johnson, wife Gloria of Slaughters, KY and Rev. Joe K. Johnson, wife Mary Ann of Cadiz, KY; nephews, Andrew Johnson, wife Tara and Bryan Johnson, wife Heather.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Donald J. Johnson.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in the Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, U.S. Hwy 641, Benton, KY 42025. Interment will follow the service.
Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
