Mrs. Mary L. Keen Futrell Toon, age 86, of Wingo passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at her residence.
She formerly attended Pryorsburg Baptist Church, was a Pink Lady at Jackson Purchase Medical Center, formerly worked at Perel and Lowenstein and General Tire. She was also a retiree of West Kentucky Rural Telephone.
Mrs. Toon is survived by one son, Steve (Vickie) Futrell of Wingo, KY; one step-son, Craig (Cheri) Toon of Pryorsburg, KY; one step-daughter, Pamela (Derald) Walker of Wapakoneta, OH; one brother, Hobert Keen of Clinton, KY; three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Earl Futrell; her second husband, Louis “Chris” Toon; five brothers, Billy Howard Keen, Charles “Needum” Keen, Henry Keen, Donald Keen and Macon Keen; two sisters, Lois Helen Keen Toon and Martha Keen; and her parents, Garrett and Nell Calhoun Keen.
Memorial services for Mrs. Mary L. Keen Futrell Toon will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at His House Ministries. Rev. Stephen Boykin will officiate.
Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
