Sally Ann Corzine Fate, 97, of Barlett, TN formerly of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Mrs. Fate was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith.
Graveside services will be at 1:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Burial will follow.
