Lady Marshals finish fourth, post season low score

Kenley Luksic posted a round of 77 for the Lady Marshals when they posted their best score of the season of 311 at The Wild Turkey Trace Golf Club in Lawrenceburg, Ky.

In Saturday’s Joy of Golf Invitational at The Wild Turkey Trace Golf Club in Lawrenceburg, Ky., the Lady Marshals recorded their lowest score of the season. The team score of 311 was good for fourth place out of 18 teams, missing third place by just one stroke. The 311 is 15 strokes better than any score the team has posted so far this season.

Savannah Howell led the Lady Marshals with an even-par 71, Megan Hertter shot 72, Kenley Luksic 77, Elsie Riley 91 and Sarah Umbarger 98.

The Lady Marshals will play a home match Tuesday at Benton Country Club against the teams from McCracken County, Christian County and Hopkinsville.
