Earl L. Henderson, age 87 of Benton, KY, died Monday, July 29, 2019 at Calvert City Convalescent Center, Calvert City, KY. He was a retired supervisor from Westlake Chemical. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and a Korean War Veteran of the US Army.
He was the son of the late Alford Larue “Jack” Henderson and the late Frances Angelene (Ross) Henderson
He is survived by his wife of 63 years: Shirley Jean (Shoulta) Henderson, daughter: Kim Lampert, husband Marty of Benton, KY, sisters, Norma Locke of the Brewers Community, Charlene Smith of Benton, KY, grandchildren, Ross Martin Lampert, wife Meaghan of Benton, KY, Rachelle LaRue Taylor, husband Daniel of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, and great-grandchildren, Aiden Daryl Taylor and Anniston Taylor of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, and Braydan Lampert, Millie Lampert, and Quentin Lampert all of Benton, KY.
Prayers will be said at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 5:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Calvert City, KY. Father Brian Johnson will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Marshall County Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
