Football season will be here before you know it, and there’s lots of excitement building for the Murray State Racers. Joining Jeff Waters on WCBL’s Coffee Call recently were Murray State Athletic Director Kevin Saal and associate AD Dave Winder. Saal says he is very optimistic about the upcoming season, a team that got off to a fast start last season and surprised quite a few people. The season opener for the Racers will be a home game on Thursday, August 29 at Roy Stewart Stadium against the University of Pikeville with kickoff at 6.
