Allen Marshall, 82, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 4:25 A.M.Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Superior Care Home.
Allen was born in Livingston County on May 17, 1937 to Ruby and Annie Marshall. He retired after 32 years as a Chemical Operator with Pennwalt of Calvert City, Kentucky. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Paducah, where he participated in the Joy Fellowship Sunday School Class. He was an avid sports fan who had a vast knowledge of various sports and related information.… He will be remembered for the love he had for his family, his great sense of humor and enjoyment of life.
Mr. Marshall is survived by his daughters, Toni Parker (Scotty), of Paducah, Sheree White (Jamie Hale), of Kevil, Kentucky, Wendy Lyles (Bruce), of Calvert City; his step-daughters, Diana Davenport, Jennifer Overton, Stefanie Davis, all of Paducah; his brother, James Marshall, of Lake Mary, Flordia; his grandchildren, Ashley McCann, Erika Ford, Brandon White, Brooke McKenty, Kalen Parker, Camryn White; his step-grandchildren, Christy Riley, Gage and Sarah Overton, Anna Davis; his great granddaughter, Madilynn & Jaycee McCann; his step-great-granddaughter, Aubrey Riley.
Mr. Marshall was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Dorothy Anna Skaggs Marshall; his parents, Ruby Allen Marshall and Annie Marie Rudd Marshall; his sisters, Lurene and Christine.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery with military funeral honors.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Funeral Home.
