Wilma Jean (Bottoms) Proffer, 84, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.
Mrs. Proffer was a retired inspector from the Florsheim Shoe Factory and a member of West End Baptist Church.
Surviving is her daughter, Ruth Ann (David W.) Clark of Paducah; two grandchildren, Heather (Adam) Reams of Paducah and Michael S. Clark of Paducah; one great-grandson, Wesley Reams of Paducah; and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Bottoms and Aretta Parker Bottoms; four sisters; and three brothers.
Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Nate Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
