Debbie J. York, 53 of Knoxville, TN formerly of Benton, KY passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Spring Meadow Health Care in Clarksville, TN.
Debbie was a Clinic Manager for American Family Care in Knoxville and a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church.
Born Wednesday, August 18, 1965 in Murray, KY, she was the daughter of Howard Oakley and the late Maranda Dunn Oakley.
She is also survived by Doug Tackett of Pikeville, TN and brother, Dwayne Oakley of Benton, KY.
A Celebration of life will be held at Hamlet Baptist Church starting at 5:00 PM on Monday, April 15, 2019.
