Mary Foley Walls Ruggles, 88, of Grand Rivers, KY passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at her residence in Grand Rivers, KY. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Ruggles was the daughter of the late Jethro Foley and the late Nona (Higgins) Foley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, M.C. Ruggles; son, Tony Wall; brother, W.E. Foley; and sister, Marettia Hubbard.
Mrs. Ruggles is survived by one niece, who was her precious angel, Jean Walker of Grand Rivers, KY; Kevin and Terri Walker of Grand Rivers, KY; a dear friend, Virginia Gingerich of Grand Rivers, KY; step son, Steve Ruggles of Grand Rivers, KY; two step daughters, Donna Freeman of Calvert City, KY and Jennifer Ruggles of Lake Charles, LA; and one sister, Jonnie Wells of Water Valley, KY.
