Benton, KY— Saturday, February 23rd is the day! Celebrate with the Humane Society at Sweetie Paws, an Italian Paws-ta Dinner and Auction fundraiser sure to be a hit for the whole family.
Sponsored by CFSB, this is the Humane Society’s largest fundraiser of the year and you won’t want to miss out.
Event organizer and Board VP, Cindy Hershey stated, “This is a huge event for us, because of the support of our community, we’ve been able to care and love for so many dogs and cats. We don’t receive any local or
government funding, so please come out and enjoy a homemade Italian dinner and help us help the animals!”
The event will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Benton, Ky. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the night of the event, which will start at 4:30 p.m. and last until 7:00 p.m.
The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Your meal includes: pasta with your choice of homemade meat, marinara or alfredo sauce, chicken or meatballs, salad, drink and dessert.
In addition, there is also a silent auction and dessert auction which will last from 4:30 – 6:15 p.m. and a live auction to take place throughout the night from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. There will be lots of goodies in all of the auctions, so be sure to check it out!
