David Lynn Whitlock, age 67, of Fancy Farm, KY died at 9:12 PM Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his residence. David formerly worked at Ingersoll-Rand in Mayfield, Sams Concrete and the Remington industries factory in Mayfield and was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Donna Kay (Richard) Whitlock of Fancy Farm, KY; son – Kevin Lynn Whitlock of Fancy Farm, KY; daughter – Sherri Kaye (Randall) Stairs of Hickory, KY and a sister – Sandra (Mack) Curtsinger of Fulton, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents – Victor Henry & Katy Moss (Dowdy) Whitlock; sister – Judy Hamilton and a brother – Victor Morris Whitlock.
Funeral services for David will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Ronnie Stinson Sr. and Bro. Don Beadles will officiate. Burial will follow in the Beulah Community Cemetery. Friends are invited to call after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
Pallbearers will be Tim Carter, Anthony Jones, Ricky Teems, Mack Curtsinger, David Speed, Tony Dodson, Richard Short & Pat Walsh.
