Mrs. Dorothy M. Ham, age 84 of Benton, KY died on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City, KY.
Born Tuesday, April 24, 1934 in Marshall Co, KY, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Cleavie York and the late Effie (Fulks) York.
Surviving are sons, Charles Randall Ham of Hardin, KY, Anthony C. Ham of Benton, KY, Terrell Wayne Ham of Benton, KY, Nathan Ham of Hardin, KY and Kelvin L. Ham of Benton, KY, daughter, Dottie D. Hamlet of Benton, KY, brothers, Jerry Dean York of Benton, KY and Monroe York of Benton, KY, sisters, Ernestine Goins of Bay Manette, AL, Linda Humphrey of Benton, KY, Sheila Farmer of Murray, KY and Mary Cornwell of Benton, KY; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 50 years, Charles Ham, brother, Marvin York, and sister, Audrey Bray.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025.
Interment will follow in the Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
