Mr. Rickie E. Scarborough, age 62, of Murray, Kentucky died at 9:59am Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Baptist Health, Paducah, Kentucky. Mr. Scarborough was born May 24, 1956 in Murray, Kentucky to Patsy Ann Stone Futrell and the late Robert (R.W.) Scarborough.
