Graveside Services for 85 year old Helen Balentine Litchfield of Dexter, KY, a native of Golden Pond, KY, will be Friday, November 02, 2018 at  12:00 PM at Jenny Ridge Cemetery  in  Land Between the Lakes, KY. Helen Balentine Litchfield passed away on: 6:20 AM, Monday, October 29, 2018 at her home in Dexter, KY

Visitation will be at Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday, November 01, 2018 at 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Survivors include: Husband of 64 years- Wallace L. Litchfield, Dexter, KY; Two Sons- Victor Litchfield (Carmelia Pierce), Benton, KY; Jeff Litchfield (Tami), Dexter, KY; One Daughter – Sheila Dunn (Daryl), Benton, KY; Seven Grandchildren- Errica Dunn; Jessica Riley (Grant); Jeremiah Litchfield (Beth); Jarren Litchfield (Tiffany); Jantzen Litchfield (Holly); Kacy Litchfield (Chase); Cody Litchfield (Ellen); Fourteen Great Grandchildren- Willow Riley; Coee Riley; Desiray Domerese; Henry Litchfield; Dale Wynn; Xavier Litchfield; Chelsea Litchfield; Hayden Litchfield; Ryker Litchfield; Lane Litchfield; Kodah Litchfield; Triston Freeman; Carolina Freeman; Augusta “Molly” Henson; Three Brothers- David Balentine (Gayle), Murray, KY; Rev. Mrs. Litchfield was a waitress in the lakes area for many years.  In her early years, Helen worked at the former Pete Light Springs Restaurant in Canton, KY and Holiday Restaurant in Golden Pond and later in Aurora, KY.  In recent years, she waitressed at the former Sue and Charlie’s Restaurant in Aurora and the Catfish Kitchen in Draffenville, KY.  Mrs. Litchfield was of the Pentecostal Faith and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
