Judge Neal Receives Rare Honor as NRA Locally Endorsed Candidate

Marshall County Judge Executive Kevin Neal has received the NRA endorsement for his re-election campaign for Judge Executive. In addition, he has been awarded an AQ rating by the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund.

According to the NRA state director, Arthur Thomm II, the AQ rating and NRA endorsement means that the individual is a solid pro-gun/pro-hunting candidate who supports the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Neal stated “As a lifetime member of the NRA, it’s an honor to receive their endorsement in the Marshall County Judge/Executive race and an AQ rating. I’ve spent much of my career understanding the absolute necessity of a firearm. During my three combat tours in Fallujah, Iraq as a Sniper Platoon Sergeant, I gained a true understanding of learning firearm safety and shooting skills. After Iraq, I carried my respect and knowledge of firearms with me to the Paducah Police Department.

It really is an honor to receive an AQ rating from the one organization in the United States that defends our Second Amendment rights. An AQ rating is the highest rating by the NRA for candidates that are not voting legislators. No other organization spends more resources advocating gun safety and education.
