Miss Layla Grace Forth, infant, of Murray, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Layla was born September 15, 2018 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital. She passed later that day.
Layla is the daughter of Megan Forth of Murray. She is also survived by her brother, Jaxon Forth; grandfather, David Forth; grandmother, Karen Reynolds; aunt, Mandy English and cousins, Aniston and Isaac Kinsey
A memorial service is planned for 11:00 AM, Friday, September 21, 2018 at Imes Funeral Home and Crematory, downtown Murray.
