The Marshals Golf Team was in action yesterday at the Owensboro Catholic Invitational played at Owensboro Country Club. The Marshals score of 306 was good for the win beating second place South Warren by 13 strokes in the 12 team field. C M Mixon of South Warren won the individual title with a 4 under par 68.
Leading the Marshals was Jay Nimmo with a 71 and a second place finish and Tyler Powell with a 73 and tied for third. Rounding out the scoring was Camdyn McLeod with 78, Nathan Clark 84 and Drake Butler 94.
Both boys and girls teams will tee it up today in the Gator Invitational at Bowling Green Country Club with the boys in the morning and the girls in the afternoon.
