On July 17th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served an Indictment Warrant on Patricia J. Barnett of Benton. The indictment charges were Falsely Reporting an Incident, Arson 2nd Degree, and Cruelty to Animals 2nd Degree.

On July 17th, Sergeant Jason Lane served a Complaint Warrant from McCracken County on Richard W. Martin of Calvert City for Possession of Marijuana.

On July 17th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served an indictment warrant on Derek S. Russell of Tiline, KY. The charges were Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of Burglary Tools, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition All Others Under $500, Receiving Stolen Property Under $500, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition All Others $500 or More But Under $10,000, and Burglary 3rd Degree.

On July 17th, Deputy Cory Curtner served a McCracken County Bench Warrant on Richard Martin of Calvert City for Failure to Appear.

On July 18th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served a complaint warrant from Marshall County charging Sebastian Tyler Driver of Benton with Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting U/$500 and Theft By Deception – Including Cold Checks U/$500.

On July 18th, Deputy Cory Curtner served a complaint warrant charging James R. Oliver of Benton with Receiving Stolen Property U$10,000.

On July 18th Deputy Dennis Lewis served a Bench Warrant on Michelle D. Cedar of Benton. Sergeant Tim Reynolds observed her as she handed money to her mother also hand her a bag of marijuana. As a result she was charged by citation to court with Possession of Marijuana.

On July 18th, Sergeant Rick Inman served a Bond Revocation on Marissa Ledbetter of Tiline, KY.

On July 18th Deputy Cory Curtner served an indictment warrant on Michael Spiceland of Symsonia, KY. The charge was for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense – Drug Unspecified Schedule 3

On July 19th, Sergeant Jason Lane served an indictment warrant from the Marshall Circuit Court on James W. Boatright of Benton. The charges were for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence Alc/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Fail to Notify Owner of Unattended Vehicle of Damage, No Operators License, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Auto $500 or More But Less than $10,000.

On July 19th, Sergeant Jason Lane served an indictment warrant from the Marshall Circuit Court on Christopher S. Edging of Benton. Edging was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess, Possession of Handgun By Convicted Felon, and Defacing a Firearm.

On July 19th, Sergeant Jason Lane served an indictment warrant from Marshall Circuit Court on Logan T. Hodge of Calvert City. The indictment was on charges of Assault 4th Degree, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess, and Promoting Contraband 1st Degree.

On July 20th, Captain Matt Hilbrecht served a Bench Warrant on Marshall L. Dowdy of Paducah. for Failure to Appear in Lyon District Court.

On July 20th at 12:11pm, Deputy Steven Oakley served an Indictment Warrant to Allan Michael Fisher of Paducah. The warrant charges Fisher with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess, and Possession of Marijuana.

On July 22 at 10:21pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield, Sergeant Tim Reynolds, and Deputy Josh Anderson responded to a a disturbance on Holland Road. As a result of this response and a second response to the same location, Shanrah Dawn Evans of Benton was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication – Controlled Substance Excludes Alcohol and Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree.

On July 22nd at 4:28 Pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield responded to Mayfield Hwy in reference to a narcotics investigation. As a result of the investigation, Franklin Reid Finley of Kirksey, KY was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia Buy / Possess.

On July 22 at 1:23pm, Deputy Chris Greenfield served a warrant on a Kentucky State Police case wherein James R. Borders of Hardin was charged with Assault 4th Degree
