Mr. Robert Clay Newton, age 59, of Murray, Kentucky died at 9:55pm Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House, Murray, Kentucky.
Mr. Newton was born March 20, 1959 in Benton, Kentucky to the late Ben Thomas Newton and Emma Bryan Orr Newton. He was also preceded in death by his son, Benjamin (B.J.) Newton; and a sister, Kim Newton.
He is survived by his sisters, Nell Gartman (George), Kyle, Texas and Glee Mikus, Kenosha, Wisconsin; former wife and caregiver, Karen Vendetti Newton, Murray; two grandchildren, Rileigh Marie Newton and Reagan Brook Newton.
The funeral service will be at 1:00pm Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Ferguson Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Howard Conner officiating. Burial will follow in the Ferguson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery and friends may visit the family after 11:00am Saturday at the church.
