Marshall County High School celebrated the 44th Annual Commencement Friday, May 25, 2018. Among the 292 graduating members of the Class of 2018, 36 graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 or higher GPA, 22 Magna Cum Laude graduates with a 3.75 to 3.99 GPA and 31 Cum Laude graduated with 3.50 to 3.74 GPA.
Following the Processional, seven Senior Addresses were made by Jackson Beal, Briley Chambers, Taylen Henry, Parker Jennings, Chloe Kerrick, Cameron King and Christopher Wallace.
Graduates were presented by MCHS Administrators Stacey Bradley, Mike Johnson, Brent Lovett and Scott Terry and Director of Pupil Personnel Bill Thorpe. Principal Patricia Greer presented diplomas and Superintendent Trent Lovett made the Declaration of Graduation.
