Martha Sue Edwards, 67, of Calvert City, passed away at 2:10 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Edwards was a Secretary for Edwards Construction, member of Zions Cause Baptist Church in Benton. Sue was a kind hearted, respectable, humble and loving person. Sue valued her family and loved the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Paul Edwards of Calvert City; one son, Adam Paul Edwards of Calvert City; mother, Florence Bryant of Benton; two brothers, Sammie Bryant of Benton, Kenneth Bryant of Gilbertsville; three sisters, Jinner Lovett of Benton, Ramona Howell of Benton, Carol Tynes of Gilbertsville; two sister in-laws, Kay Wallace of Louisville, Ramona Steely of Murray; best friend and furry companion, Jake.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sam Bryant; one son, Gary Craig Edwards; one sister, Marilyn Phillips.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Zions Cause Baptist Church in Benton. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Benton.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the church.
