After an investigation by Detective Captain Matt Hilbrecht. a warrant was issued by the Marshall District Court for the arrest of Jason Dwayne Goodman of Marble Hill, MO. The warrant charges Goodman with Theft by Deception U/$10,000. The investigation revealed that he had traded stolen property for a car in Marshall County, KY. Goodman was in custody in Missouri on other charges but a hold has been placed on him by KY while he is in custody in Cape Girardeau, MO.
