TVA is considering a request for a deed modification over approximately 1.971 acres of land on Kentucky Reservoir at Tennessee River Mile 30.3 (left bank), in Marshall County, Kentucky. Jack and Janice Ruopp have requested the modification in order to construct a residential home and resolve an existing deed violation. TVA is seeking public comment prior to deciding on the modification. TVA is interested in receiving comments on the proposed action. Any comments received, including names and addresses, will become part of the administrative record and will be available for public inspection. All written comments on this proposed action must be received on or before March 12, 2018. Written comments may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to hmhamilt@tva.gov.
