He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and one headlight. He was also served a Lyon County Warrant for a probation violation (for felony offense).
Jonathan A. Hack, 45, of 00 Colony House #132, Barlow was arrested on December 20, 2017 for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was also served a Ballard County Criminal Summons for theft of identity of another without consent.
