Vicki Madison, chairwoman of the Calvert City Lions Club Reading Action Program, presented local author, Tammy Blackwell, with a $400 check recently to assist in the publication of her next children’s book. Blackwell is working on another publication in the “Merry, The Christmas Fairy” series.
