Marshall County Sheriff’s report, Oct. 23, 2017:
Detective Nathan Maxlow at 6:43 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21 observed a vehicle on Egners Ferry Road driving all over the road. Deputy Chris Greenfield responded and conducted a traffic stop. After his investigation, Terry Don Odom, 53, of Benton, was arrested and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle U/Influence ALC/Drugs/Etc .08 -1st Offense and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle. Odom was taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
