The following people were arrested by the Calvert City Police Department:
Kody Allen Charlton, 26, of 717 Hickory Street, Calvert City was arrested on September 23, 2017 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Austin Tyler Johnson, 26, of 869 East 5th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on September 23, 2017 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and criminal mischief 2nd degree.
Patrick John Devine, 28, of 205 West 3rd Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on September 26, 2017 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree (drug unspecified), and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Brian Adam Bledsoe, 33, of 89 Oaklawn Lane, Calvert City was arrested on September 28, 2017 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. He was also charged with failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
Brandie L. Bailey, 34, of 719 Elder Street, Calvert City was arrested on September 28, 2017 on a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear. She was also charged with fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (on foot).
